Porn for cheesemakers: just got my catalog of cheesemaking equipment from the Canadian company Fromagex. It’s a bit dizzying actually, to see page after page of molds, knives and equipment in every shape and size and variation imaginable. Apparently they’re a good source for European brands of cultures as well. I first heard about them on Episode 85: Cheese Equipment & Connections of Anne Saxelby’s Cutting the Curd podcast.
