CHEESE NOTES

High-res Vieux Cru des Crémiers, another Alpine style cheese from the Jura region of france. Milder than other alpines (I lean towards the Challerhocker’s and Scharfe Maxx’s), this firm-pasted wedge had a nice nuttiness and fruity and mushroomy overtones.  Purchased at Blue Apron Foods.
