Coming October 6th to Portland, Oregon, The Wedge Festival:
The Wedge - Portland showcases 30+ Artisan, specialty, and farmstead cheesemakers from throughout the NW. Join us on October 6, 2012 from 10am – 4pm in front of Green Dragon & Buckman Botanical Brewery (928 SE 9th Avenue).
With a full line up of events including educational seminars in beer, spirits & cheese pairings, preparation and fresh cheese making 101 from Amanda Parker with Murray’s Cheese, as well as games, kid-friendly activities and an Artisan Grilled Cheese Bar by Rogue Ales. Tickets for the seminar are now available for $10 at www.Rogue.com/store.
