U.S. Championship Cheese 2013 Results

The U.S. Cheese Championship just happened at Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, in Green Bay Wisconsin. Top winners were:

Congratulations to Marieke Gouda and Spring Brook Farm for their wins! This competition definitely includes a much larger contingent of the large cheese producers than the ACS Competition (hence a 2nd Runner Up win for Team Cracker Barrel), but many smaller cheese makers walked away with medals as well, including Jasper Hill, Chatham Sheepherding, Rogue Creamery, Haystack, Vermont Butter & Cheese, and many more. See the full results here: http://www.uschampioncheese.org
